A world-leading hotel chain situated in Perth was experiencing a technical issue that had become their number one guest complaint. The WiFi connections and speeds in the hotel accommodation and common areas were not living up to expectations and impacting on the guest experience. Hotel management demanded that the IT Department seek a solution from the market.

Titan ICT bid on the work with an approach that resonated with the IT Manager. We treated the issue as a radio frequency (RF) problem and not simply a WiFi issue. Our Consultants approached the work with the same consultative engineering approach we apply to all of our work – establishing the experiences guests reported to Hotel’s frontline employees, rather than wading in from a purely technical standpoint.

The solution was multifactorial with several key actions undertaken by Titan ICT to successfully resolve the issues being experienced by guests.

The result was the delivery of a reliable and high performing solution, and an end to guest complaints on poor WiFi connection.
